Q: How often are you supposed to use this treatment? It says use once a day for 30 minutes, does that mean you are supposed to use it every day?

A: I don't use it everyday, my teeth will get super sensitive if I do. Also, I dont do it for 30min or my teeth will be sensitive the next day. I do it for 15min and you can do it as often as you like. I do it probably once a week but you can do it every other day or as you see fit. I see results with just one time using the strip so thats why I do it once a week.

Decent overall
Only gave a 4 because not sure if whitened 8 shades is all. I'd recommend making sure your teeth are as dry as possible and off and on put a tissue in mouth during the time to help with saliva possibly loosening them, but overall stayed on except when I didn't quite put on right.

I've received several compliments on the whiteness of my teeth that it catches me off guard. I see my teeth all the time so I don't pay attention to how much brighter they are after completing a full box of treatments. To be fair, my teeth have always been... brighter. I've never had them whitened professionally. I started using these strips because I increased my coffee consumption and trying to reduce the staining. Currently, on 2 cups a day. The best time to use the strips is an hour before bed. I brush off the excess and continue with my nighttime dental routine. I whiten twice a year. Anything more will make gums sensitive. Also, I prefer the lower level or whiteness so there's less chance of gum sensitivity. I've tried 12 levels before and had to stop mid treatment until my gums felt better. I won't always do the full 14 day treatment. From time to time, I may put them on in the morning and again that same night. Strips are very easy to use, especially compared to the toothpastes or LED lights.

I was so excited when I saw how many strips came in the package! This is such a great affordable way to whiten your teeth. My teeth are usually very sensitive but these strips didn’t bother me one bit! The minty flavor left my teeth feeling super clean too. I loveeee these strips! 10/10!

Faulty Light
Within 10 seconds of inserting the LED light into my mouth, it flashes red and shuts down. If you just turn it on, it will run - but as soon as it's inserted it's done.

These crest white strips are truly superior to any other at home whitening treatment. Better than the trays or the lights or the ones you paint on. My mom went to the dentist to get her teeth professionally whitened and they told her to use the crest strips first and then reevaluate. So these suckers are the real deal. I struggle to remember to use them consistently.

Does Not Meet Brightness Advertized
I used this daily for approx 3 weeks and teeth only whitened maybe 2-3 levels. They are a tad lighter, but nowhere near what the label and ads proclaim, i do not have crowns or enamels, these Re my original teeth. A gel product i sometimes buy on line has 25% peroxide and whitens far better.

So Painful
I have never had problems with teeth sensitivity before. Normally I can bite into ice cream without my teeth hurting. These whitening strips left me in unbearable pain. I wake up in pain at night from these strips and can’t sleep. It feels like my tooth got cut in half every time I use them. I tried taking them at different times or cutting them in half but nothing helps. I wish I never used these. I am writing this review as I have been up for hours since 3 am in pain from these whitening strips. My teeth have never hurt like these before.

Great results!
I have been using Crest white strips for 5 days so far and my teeth are already noticeably whiter. Love it and can't wait to see the final result.
