A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.

It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

It is simple to use and doesn’t take a lot of time or effort. It is flavorless and one week in I’m seeing results. I’m a staunch coffee consumer and it is removed the stains. I will repurchase if needed.

The first time I took them off it felt a bit weird because they were kind of stuck, but that’s normal and they come off quickly. After using them, you can brush to remove the leftover gel or just leave it — it’s not that much. After just a week, I already noticed a difference; my teeth look about a shade whiter. I’m definitely going to keep using them. I feel like if I go past 14 days, the results will be even better. I’m pretty sure in 30 days it’s going to be a big change!

This definitely was less harsh than other types. So I feel the sensitive part is true. The taste isn't to horrible. It's got that minty but working the magic flavour. It was pretty easy to apply to my top teeth but definitely was harder to apply on my bottom. I did see some slight lightning after 30 day but not as much as I feel is advertised.

We're so glad that our Sensitive Whitestrips were gentle on your teeth, and are sorry that your past experiences seemed too harsh. As with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using Crest Whitestrips. This isn't harmful, and the irritation can be reduced/eliminated by using a soft toothbrush, only brushing twice per day, and to skip a few days between applications. Consumer testing and clinical studies have shown that Whitestrips are effective. However, if you have stubborn stains you may need to use a second box of Whitestrips to achieve the results you want. The Whitestrips may stick better when applied to dry teeth. Lightly dabbing your teeth with a towel before applying each strip may help. Also, when applying the strips, it can help to gently press the strip against your teeth. After applying, avoid touching the strips excessively with your tongue. If you continue to experience sensitivity, we recommend you discontinue using the Whitestrips. So we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 395-8423.
