A: While you shouldn't eat or drink (with the exception of water) while using our Crest Whitestrips, there's no particular foods or beverages that you have to avoid during the treatment period. It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

A: Our Whitestrips should only be used as directed. We haven't tested for our Whitestrips to be used after the packet has been opened, so we can't recommend it.

Q: How long can you continue using these strips? I was pleased with the outcome but I would still like a brighter smile so I'd like to know after finishing one box can I use another box back to back?

A: Thanks for asking. To maintain your whiter smile, you can use up to two Crest 3D White Whitestrips teeth whitening kits per year. You can spread usage of the kits out over the year, or even use one kit straight after another, so long as you don't exceed a total of two kits per year.

Q: Are the strips usually so dry? The regular strips I’ve used before seemed more “gel-like”. These are almost like a sticker and have no gel.

A: Our Whitestrips are safe to use on enameled crowns, but will only whiten natural teeth. They do fold along your tooth line to cover the front and a bit of the back, but for specific questions about your orthodontic wire we encourage you to reach out to your dentist or other dental professionals.

I love that these strips stay on your teeth so well. I wish they were longer I have larger teeth and would love them to whiten more of my big teeth! I've only used 4 days now and can see such a big difference. Also, these strips have been working so great with my overly sensitive teeth.

I have very sensitive teeth, but love to keep them as white as possible. Teeth whitening is known to increase tooth sensitivity. This is great for those with sensitive teeth. I can actually use this product without suffering. My teeth are noticeably whiter after using these.

After using one kit on my yellow teeth I now have "normal human color teeth", not bright white, but definitely an improvement. I have perioral dermatitis and get contact dermatitis on my mouth from being around strong smells, citrus oils, and wood smoke. I also develop internal mouth sores from using the wrong toothpaste, or drinking from a glass that isn't clean. That is how sensitive my lips and gums are. However!!! these strips have not caused ANY irritation AT ALL for me. I am shocked actually. I have avoided whitening my teeth for decades because i was afraid of pain or rashes around my mouth. But I haven't had any issues at all with these. My teeth are actually whiter, full stop. I am using a second kit because it says you can use up to 2 kits a year and I want to see how much more they can improve.

These strips do not whiten teeth at all. No sensitivity which was nice but do not work. Absolutely no change in my teeth. Don’t waste your money.

Have used traditional whitestrips in the past and they've produced noticable results. These sensitive strips, while much more comfortable to use over the 14 days, simply did not yield whiter teeth. I submitted a request per Crest's money back guarantee over two months ago and no refund arrived.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This treatment kit does a very nice job lightening up your teeth without making them overly sensitive at the same time. That's a hard thing to do. The instructions are clear. The only thing I would add is to make sure your teeth are dry to get good adhesion of the strip to your teeth. My top teeth didn't have a hard time holding the strip. My lower teeth did a number of times. I had to use my retainer to hold it on as my teeth aren't very tall on the bottom. The only suggestion I would make is the lower strip could be wider to whiten more of the lower teeth.

After 2 weeks of use I noticed a big change to color on my teeth. My teeth are now white instead of yellow. It's pretty amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the sensitive white strips after a few attempts at regular whitening strips and I have had no issues with my teeth tingly or feeling funny after a treatment. They are easy to put on and stay securely in place for the 30min time. Easily peel off when done and a quick rinse. It does take the full 14 treatments for the best results but I could tell after a few. Would recommend
