A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.

It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

A: Thanks for asking. To maintain your whiter smile, you can use up to two Crest 3D White Whitestrips teeth whitening kits per year. You can spread usage of the kits out over the year, or even use one kit straight after another, so long as you don't exceed a total of two kits per year.

Wow, I didn’t think I’d ever be able to whiten my teeth again! I grind my teeth so much that I’ve worn down most of my enamel making my teeth unbearably sensitive. It even hurts when I smile outside on a windy day! I’m in my mid-40’s so my teeth are becoming less white as I age. I was so depressed bc previous attempts to whiten my teeth at home and in office were unbelievably painful and I couldn’t even do it for more than a minute or so before I had to give up. I bought these on a whim and doubted I’d be able to use them but I finally decided to try them 4 days ago. I was shocked when I got through the first session completely painlessly. I’m now on day 5 and still have no sensitivity and my teeth have whitened so much that I’ll probably stop and pick back up in a few months. I’m beyond thrilled and highly recommend these! I’ll absolutely be repurchasing

It works exactly how it's supposed to. The box I received doesn't look the same as the box shown here, though. I don't drink coffee and tea as much as I used to but started again recently. I rarely use all 14 strips like I'm supposed to because they are so effective for me. I'll use a box throughout the year, and I won't need another for approximately 2-3 years. I never experienced temporary staining on my teeth. I brush my teeth and wait ~30 minutes, then apply.

My teeth were pretty stained and very sensitive. I couldn't use regular whitening strips. These did leave me with some sensitvity but it was bearable. My dentist said I now have the 2nd whitest shade of teeth naturally possible now! They definitely did some work. You have to be consistent and complete the kit though.

I had low expectations for these white strips because I have dealt with sensitivity in the past and have had experience with professional whitening and serious teeth pain. I also have used regular crest white strips 10-15 years ago and while they gave great results, I couldn’t fathom dealing with that pain again. Happy to report these leave my teeth with little to no sensitivity and I can see a difference in whitening after a week. I’m so happy I found this product because I didn’t think I would be able to use whitening products again. I also brush with sensitive toothpaste during the weeks I use the strips so I think that may contribute as well. Highly recommend!

Wish I'd taken a before photo. I honestly wasn't expecting much. My teeth looked spotty for a few days but they are so much brighter now. My gums got a little sensitive a few times from where the strips touched my gums so I would just wait a few days before using them again and then it was fine. I definitely recommend these. They absolutely work and are worth the money!

Some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using 3D White Whitestrips. This isn't harmful. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. It is okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Doing so will cause whitening to take longer, but will not cause a change in the overall whitening effect. If discomfort persists, we recommend you discontinue using the Whitestrips. I see a small difference after 2 days BUT my teeth have gotten super sensitive and hurt. I get random shocks of pain even when not eating/drinking anything.

I cannot belive it actually works. after three days you will start to see a change. However, you have to be consistent. Do not stop and if you miss a night application the next morning just apply the strips.
