A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.

It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

These are so much better than the ones I remember using years ago! They don’t have a strong peroxide taste which was amazing! I didn’t experience any sensitivity during or after using them. They are super easy to apply, and actually stick pretty well to your teeth. I tried to dry my teeth before application and they fit great and did not come off. I was able to wear them comfortably around the house and didn’t notice they were there! I am seeing a difference already, my teeth are visibly whiter and I’m only about 5 strips in! I cannot wait to see how white and sparkly they get!

I will keep you all updated on my 7th day. I like these because they aren’t too painful on my teeth or gums . Some sensitivity will be normal on your teeth as it states. Only thing I’m worried about is the sides of my teeth being a different color than the front . 😅 You do have to keep these on for 45 mins so I wait to do it at night time right before it’s almost time for me to go to sleep.

You have to wear these for 45 minutes on your teeth for 14 days. I honestly do not like wearing them at all. I feel like I constantly have to spit even though I know you can swallow your saliva. This is the price I have to pay for whiter teeth though. I will say I have used the regular Crest Whitestrips years ago and these ones are a huge improvement. On top of not irritating my teeth, they also stay in place and don’t slip around. They are extremely easy to apply, I would say it is like applying a sticker to my teeth. After day two I already saw my teeth whiter, and the results just got better as the days passed. I love that my gums specifically are not being affected by these Whitestrips. I usually put them on right before bedtime when I’m talking the least, and just wear them meanwhile I do my bedtime routine. I feel like I drool a lot with these but I’m pretty sure that’s just a personal problem. Overall although I hate wearing them these are the perfect solution for anyone with who want whiter teeth but has sensitivity issues, just wish the process was quicker.

I bought this a week ago and holy cow the mistake I made when purchasing.My teeth are killing me can’t even get through the night without be in excruciating pain. It feels like a thousand needles are being pushed down into my mouth all at once.Woke up about four or five times last night because of how bad my teeth hurt.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buys this product

The irritation is temporary and will subside; there are steps you can take to reduce or eliminate this sensitivity. It is okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a more extended period by waiting a day between applications or alternating between upper and lower strips. Doing so will cause whitening to take longer, but it will not alter the overall whitening effect. Do not brush too hard, or more than twice a day during treatment. Consider using a softer toothbrush in place of a medium or hard-bristled brush. If the sensitivity persists or worsens, we recommend you discontinue use, as your safety and comfort are our top priority. Please call us at (800) 395-8423. Most of them do cause irritation on the gums but not these! Super gentle and stick on nicely! Gentle whitening too, you have to be consistent but even only have 3 days in a row you see improvement in color!

My teeth are already white so this helped brighten them up a little if you don’t have sensitive teeth I do recommend them. You get a lot of strips.

As time went on, I got better at applying them, but they’re generally not hard to apply. I’ve seen some reviews stating that the original Crest 3D Whitening Strips made their teeth sensitive, which is why I decided to try the sensitive version to see if that’s any better. After about a week of use, I had a little sensitivity, but it didn’t bother me too much. On TikTok, I learned that cutting them in half can reduce sensitivity and I do think that helped. Cutting them in half also made the application easier and they were more comfortable to wear for 45 minutes. But, using the whole strip didn’t cause that much sensitivity, so if you don’t want to cut them you don’t have to. After two weeks, my teeth do look whiter, but you obviously won’t get super white teeth with these. But I definitely see a difference which is all I was expecting. I would highly recommend trying Crest 3D Whitening Strips Sensitive Bright! You get whiter teeth without making your teeth too sensitive. You can also look into the other versions if you don’t experience or are not concerned about teeth sensitivity.
