This Crest Multi-Protection provides most everything I am looking for in an after-brushing rinse. The 6in1 formula protects, freshens, kills germs, cleans, strengthens and helps rebiild enamel. It does contain fluoride but is alcohol-free. The Clean Mint flavor is pretty strong but very cool and refreshing. It's an easy thing to add to self-care routines, with clear benefits.
