Crosley Coda Shelf System Vinyl Record Player - Black/Gold

Love the easy assembly and great instructions. Sound quality is good and love being able to use the system with Bluetooth with my phone. Sound quality on my 50+ year old records is pretty good. Good for small spaces. Only disappointment is the speakers are not Bluetooth the system is, meaning the speakers plug into the receiver giving fewer options for speaker location. The wires are quite short.

I have been looking for something that I can play my old vinyl records on, as well as something to hook up my phone to to listen to new music. The setup was easy, and it fits perfectly on my shelf. The speakers are on the smaller side, but they still get the job done. The clarity is very clear, so that's a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this to somebody looking for a small record player.

It has the perfect amount of weight and I'd a good size for pretty much setting it anywhere. The speakers sound great and it is very easy to connect to Bluetooth when not using the turn table.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coda shelf system from Crosley is a vinyl record player that boasts modern quality-of-life features with a sleek Mid-Century aesthetic. It has a digital display, an FM receiver, 3.5mm auxiliary input as well as Bluetooth, two speakers, slipmat, cartridge, power supply, and acrylic (shatter-free) dust cover. I did find that I had to iron my slipmat under a woven cloth on low heat. It shipped folded and this bend in the fabric affected the sound quality of the records I had played. Finding that solution was the result of much trial and error. It would be a welcome change to have it shipped flat, perhaps in a sleeve taped on top of the dust cover, with a cardboard square to keep it from getting moved in transit. Aside from that singular issue, the packaging was sturdy and safe. Everything arrived in perfect condition, unblemished. Setup instructions are detailed and easy to understand. I appreciated its ease of adjustment for the tone arm weight, making applying the proper pressure as simple as turning its butter-smooth dial. Pitch adjustment is accessed with a knob adjacent to the turntable. Overall, I think this is a fine, accessible setup for someone who wants a multi-featured, versatile audio system to enjoy their favorite modern and vintage media formats.

The sound is good, although I wish it could go a bit louder. The turntable works well, and I really like the "vinyl" sound. It is a decent size, and the speakers are separate so you can spread them out if you prefer.

You can speed up and slow down the speed of the song. I love the format of it as well. The speakers are great you can really hear the bass and instrumentals!

The speakers are a very nice size as they are not big or over overpowering but sound wonderful. The setup process was not hard at all. All in all, it tools me about 15-20 minutes to connect everything and begin playing music. It’s super stylish and matched all of my decor while giving a vintage feel to the room. It’s very easy to learn how to use even if you have never owned a vinyl player before and it has Bluetooth which was extremely easy to pair. The bottom of the unit has rubber feet as to not damage where it is sitting. All of the buttons and knobs are sturdy and I have no had any issues with breakage. It had a nice clear piece that lift up and sits down over the turntable to protect the vinyl while being played and while dormant. Very impressed and love the sound!

It’s been a great experience reliving old memories through playing songs my Dad once played as a child. The design is excellent and really makes the entire experience. Everything is packaged well so that it has survived shipping. It plays beautifully with that static aged sound I enjoy so much. It was very easy to set up and get it going. The tuner works well and I was able to preset my stations. I’ve also been able to easily switch over to Bluetooth and it’s user friendly. Overall, the speakers go to a high volume, the design is beautiful and I can enjoy old records or modern music all in one set up so I would recommend this to others.
