I also love how durable and how I can take it anywhere I need to. I definitely recommend using these daily or when needed, especially for the mature skin.

Honestly they didn’t really do it for me. I don’t feel like I got any added benefits from chilling the sticks first. I did like the weight and the smooth metal felt nice on my skin. Overall, I enjoyed but not something I would spend money on personally.

They come with a plastic case so they are so easy to travel with! They have no scent and stay colder way longer than the glass kind I have! I am in love with them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great size that fit in an awesome container to take with you everywhere. They are smooth when running across your skin. I did not notice any scent with the product. I do know I tend to have pain in my sinuses and it felt great running it over my cheeks. The instructions do not say how long to run under cold water or keep in the freezer so it was definitely a let just see what happens after so long in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I’ve ever used cryo massage sticks, but I was pretty impressed with not only how easy they were to get the hang of using properly, but also happy with my results after using them for only a couple weeks. Overall, I’ve definitely noticed that pairing these sticks with my skin care regimen has helped retain the moisture in my skin a bit better and also reduced redness and puffiness in the morning. They get very cold in the freezer and I was pleasantly surprised at how long they stayed cold even after using them. The only drawback is that they’re very heavy and the handles are a little bit short, which makes them a little awkward to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] favorite new addition to my skincare routine. let them sit overnight in the freezer & in the morning applied it over my honey pharmacy milk essence to lock it in. i noticed just how smooth they were gliding along my face and i do want to note that it’s stainless steel so it’s very hygienic which i find to be one of the best thing’s about this tool. what really sold me was just how long they stay ice cold. i was probably using them for 8-10 minutes straight & they were still ice cold putting them back in the freezer. eased my redness and irritation from eczema while also gliding through my skin in a much smoother fashion than my stainless steel gua; staying significantly colder. instantly saw my puffiness reduced and my skin tone less pink after one use. it’s also compact in it’s own case so I can take it with me traveling. i’ll definitely be trying out more products from m3-naturals. if i could give 10 stars i would!

I love leaving it in the fridge for the massage sticks to get cold and using them the next morning to soothe my face. I highly recommend.
