I love that they come in a plastic snap shut container so I can just pop them in the fridge to cool down without worrying about them getting dirty. They are made of metal and are filled with a liquid so they stay cool for quite some time. These feel great on the skin and help de puff my face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With being a mother of two toddlers, I try to find any moment of peace or relaxation for myself to not lose my mind every single day. (It doesn’t happen often, lol) Receiving these Havasu Nutrition Cryro-Ice Massage Sticks really allows for me to take time for myself amid the chaos. Not only do I use these sticks for depuffing my face after only 4 hours of sleep most nights, it comes in handy whenever I have a splitting headache. The day I made this review video, I had a terrible headache, worse than I’ve had in a while and I don’t always want to take medication for it, so I decided to put these ice gloves to the test. I’m not even kidding, once I used it on the one side of my face it almost instantly was relived. I accidentally threw the instructions away BUT I’ve used similar products like this before. I made little circles around the one side of my face first just to get my skin used to the coldness and then I ended up using the tool almost like a Gua-Sha to help with the puffiness. As you can see, after I was done with the one side, it was SIGNIFICANTLY different than the other. I looked more awake even if I felt like I was going to fall over at any given time. The only thing I’ll say I didn’t like as much was how skinny the handle was. I loved the tool overall and it really kept the sticks cold for a long long time but I just wish the handles were a tad thicker to grip them a little better. Overall these are the best facial skin care tools that I’ve ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get these. They are high quality steel and surprisingly heavy. Despite the instructions, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE FREEZER! When I pulled them out a few days later, they had frosting them. A thought putting them on my tender eyelids would be akin to sticking my tongue on a frozen flagpole. Even a triple dog dare wouldn’t persuade me. But next day, thawed, they felt great on my face! Find a nice serum or eye cream and massage it in. Love them!!!

I’m not sure if they can be kept in the fridge or not so I just cool them before I use them

The little grippers on the end protects your fingers from getting too cold. 10/10 love it and will keep it in my routine!

These globes are great for relaxation and depuffing my eyes. I have yet to put them in the freezer, as they are cold to the touch without any modifications. I prefer to just run them under cold water. They are not the best shape for firming for the face, but they are the perfect shape for eyes. They are a great quality and feel very durable. They come in a plastic carrying case, but the metal feels very nice and luxurious.

The stainless steel feels solid and gets really cold, staying that way for a surprisingly long time. I can easily get through a 10-15 minute massage session on my legs and still feel the intense cold.

They are smooth and designed to huge the shape of your face as you massage them through. They are easy to use and clean and give my skin an amazing feel to it after use. They leave a cooling sensation for more than 5 minutes, which I love. It is recommended to use lotion or serum for best results. I use them after I shower and put on my serums for the day. You guys have to try them!

I’ve heard ice cold baths are good for the skin and body and these sticks work great in getting a great massage in and cooling effect, especially when it’s the summertime! They are comfortable to hold and the shape of the massage part is comfortable and smooth enough for the face and neck. The case is durable and perfect for putting in the freezer without the worry of dirtying the massage sticks. These are great and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
