Great slow cooker
I have had this cooker for several years. I’m having trouble with the teflon flaking. I have only used rubber spatulas and wooden spoons. Also the front control panel has cracked. This is the second time this has happened. Williams and Sonoma replaced the first one and now the second one has done the same. I’m still using it because I really like it. I really like I can brown the meat then slow cook. Will not let me attach photos.

Everything I need and MORE!
Replaced an old school ceramic crockpot with this new Cuisinart 3 in 1 pot...what a gamec changer! Now I can sear meat right in the pot , add all the other ingredients and set time and temp exactly! No more guess work, no more overcooked veggies. Clean the pot is a breeze and the unit as a whole is beautiful

Highly Recommend!
Best Slow Cooker ever! I love the sauté feature so I don’t have to dirty skillet in addition to the cooker and being able to set the exact number of hours or the number of degrees to cook is extremely helpful

Way better than Crockpot - so much less cleaning
This multi cooker far surpasses our old crockpot. The steaming function is a real winner.

One Pot is all You Need
This crock pot is so cool. It browns, steams and slow cooks. Really one pot that does it all. It is also super easy to clean.

Replacement ceramic insert
I’ve had this for several years. Unfortunately it is peeling and chipping. Will you recommend a ceramic replacement insert with exact dimensions for this model.

The Mother of All Crockpots!
I have already recommended this piece to a friend who promptly bought it. We are both trying new recipes and love the browning feature. Today I have corned beef and cabbage cooking - why wait until March?!!!

Horrible cooking Pot
The Teflon in the cooking pot continues to peel off, this is the second time this has happened. We only use soft spatulas and never anything sharp that can scrape the bottom, and we’ve used covers and yet the bottom still flakes off. This is a major product failure. You need to offer a ceramic cooking pot. Unfortunately I’m going to trash this unit.

Great Cooker
Love this Multicooker. The greatest part is the overall heating ability to cover every inch of the pot.

Great but…
I’ve had this multi cooker for a while and love the saute function prior to slow cooking. The roasts come out very tender and flavorful. The downside is the PTFE coating is getting damaged very easily, using silicone utensils and being careful still resulted in scratches that have me concerned about PFAS released in the food I am feeding my family. I wish the insert would be ceramic or more durable for every day cooking.

Nice cooker but nonstick scratches easily.
Bought this cooker about 2 years ago mainly for the non stick pot for easy clean up. Though I haven’t used it often, but it’s great when I do, esp the brown/saute feature which saves washing another skillet. But I was very dismayed the nonstick surface scratches easily despite using only silicon utensils & I’m the only cook in the household. I’m concerned now concerned about leaching PFAS while slow cooking for long time, esp with for elderly members. Is it still safe to use? This cooker is not inexpensive and I am very disappointed with the quality. Perhaps a ceramic nonstick pot would be more long lasting and safer ?

Replacement Multicooker
Great product. My first Multicooker developed cracks in the control panel and separated from the body of the unit. I tried to fix that with electrical tape which worked for a short time. Then the buttons ceased to function without some jiggling around. After 3 years of use I elected to get a new one and hope it lasts longer.

Quality is Apparent
We purchased this cooker to replace one from another brand that we had been using for many years. Everything works well and as advertised, including the browning feature, which is new to us. It seems very well built (not surprising from Cuisinart), and is easy to clean. Our only issue with this cooker is the shape - it looks smaller than 6 qts. when compared to our old 6 qt cooker. That's because our old 6 qt cooker held 6 qts and a few oz of liquid while this cooker holds EXACTLY 6 qts. Minor quibble and we will get used to it, but the idea of a baker's dozen came to mind when I discovered this.

It was awesome until it wasn’t.
This slow cooker worked so well until the non stick coated insert scratched after just a few short weeks of gentle use. The non-intact surface renders the product unusable, due to the leaching off PFAS into the food being cooked for hours and hours in the cooker. This product would be MUCH better with a ceramic or stainless steel insert. It was very surprising to me that such an expensive item would hold up so poorly.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience — that’s not the durability we want our products to have. While the insert is designed to withstand regular use, scratching can occur, and we understand your concern. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and help make things right. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-726-0190 with ticket number 8900436521 so we can assist you.

Perfect
I love that you can brown and then go to slow cooker mode! Also, it alarms to let you know when cook time is done and automatically switches to heat. It is a wonderful kitchen addition! Well worth it!!!

Best slow cooker EVER!!
I have had this slow cooker for many years. It is the very best slow cooker I have ever had. When we moved across the country, the movers cracked the front of it. I glued it back together and 9 years later it is going strong. Can’t say enough good.
