Works great, makes wonderful Belgium Waffles that taste great. Easy to clean and easy to use. The non-stick surface is great; the cooked waffle just falls right out when its done cooking. I like this product a lot.

There are a few features that influenced my purchase, but I admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but after using it for the first time, I was not disappointed. The audible tones that signify the various phases of the operation are a great feature, so no guess-work. Being able to load the maker from the top, with no spills or leaks, is also really handy (especially with the included measurement cup). The top loading feature and well designed support stand allows for it to be a great space saver. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

The cook temperature is very accurate. I set mine on three to start and it was cooked the way I wanted it done, so I did not have to make any changes. I love the fact that I can pour the batter in from the top. I'm still working on having a little less waste over the top. My particular batter mix says it will make 3 waffles, but with this waffle iron it only actually makes two, so be aware. I do notice these waffles are a little thicker than my last waffles iron which could be the reason for one less waffle. Some more Pros: Storage is easy since it is upright, Cord length is perfect for a kitchen island, lights and beep allow for consistently perfect waffles.

This is the easiest way to make perfect waffles. They come out light and crispy every time. Adjusting the level of crispiness is so simple

I really enjoy this Belgium waffle maker. My waffles come out perfect every time. Completely stable on the counter and no spillover. It cleans up nicely after use. I like the pour in top feature. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has bought me many Waffle Makers through our 52 years together and while I love waffles I hated the cleanup, so I didn't use them much until now. When I first saw that it was vertical I thought, oh no here we go again. But then I tried it, never has making waffles been so easy and with practically no cleanup. My husband is so happy he can have a waffle anytime he wants one now. I just wait for the beeps, pour in the batter and wait for the beeps again and it's done just the way he likes them (setting 5). Thanks Cuisinart you got it right with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally, I use it every day. I've owned 3 over the years. Tried other brands, but always came back to the Cuisinart upright waffle maker. Only downfall is not being able to add fruit or chocolate in the batter due to the pouring design. Just have to top it off after waffle is cooked.

This waffle maker is wonderful. It takes the guesswork out of measuring the batter with the enclosed measuring cup. It also makes very minimal mess and easy cleanup. The vertical design is so convenient for cooking and space saving.

The Waffle iron was broken upon arrival. It appears as if it is stanless steel in the pictures but the handles and the spout for pouring in the batter are all cheap plastic. Find a better product, because this is cheap and flimsy. It definitely won't last

It's kind of hard to get the right thickness to make the vertical waffle maker work, but I love how compact it is for storage. Also can't really add anything into the pancakes but just put berries/chocolate chips on top after

I was given this waffle maker as a gift for Christmas. I have had many waffle makers n in my lifetime, but this one is amazing!! So easy to use, just use the scoop, pour and that’s it. The timer goes off, you have a perfect waffle with very little clean up.

It'll take some getting use to, but its a great waffle maker. The only drawback is, we like to put fresh blueberries in our waffles. But due to the size of the opening the blueberries 🫐 won't fit (unless we puree them). We can work around that.
