  • A: • We recommend using 1 heaping cup of batter to fill the lower grid. Be careful not to over-mix the batter – this will produce dense, chewy waffles. • For evenly filled waffles, pour the batter onto the center of the lower grid and spread out evenly to the edges. The entire lower grid should be filled.

Get it! Sturdy and makes great waffles

Made the best waffles everytime! Bought at the thrift after not liking my Nordic Ware stove top waffle maker (I can’t figure out how to get waffles not to stick). I’m so glad I found this Cuisnart one, I would buy full price, been making all different types of waffles and batter consistency with no trouble at all!

Perfect Size for Two

Top of waffle won’t cook.

Waffle iron won’t cook top of waffle. Any suggestions? Would like to return to get one that works.

Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waffle iron has features I like such as browning control and audible signal when baking is complete. The waffles are a nice size and the coated grids release the product wonderfully. I wish the surface of waffles was more evenly browned.
