Haven’t even had this 1 year and it completely stopped making coffee. At first it worked great but eventually got to the point where I’d constantly have to reset it or even unplug it to get it to work. Will never buy again.

The Soho is so simple and streamlined with less things to worry about in its performance. Of course, I live alone and only need 2 cups in the morning, but I could very well see that with multiple family members in the house, it would still be a good choice!! Highly recommend!!

Worked fine for a couple of days. Then it decided to brew only 4 ounces. Then it refused to brew anything. Then it exploded the K-Cup all over me and the counter. Then I returned it. Not to mention the ugly peach colored lifter.

I like Cuisinart products. I was excited when they offered this single-serve hot drink option. I bought the international brewing pods that can be filled with your favorite coffee brand as well. I am enjoying the convenience and I love that because it is only 5 inches in width, it doesn’t take up counter space !

Received as a gift to replace a different brand that is no longer manufactured. Pros are the compact size and the perfect temperature of the coffee. The Cons are if you take the Kcup out after the coffee is done, the light on the front of the unit keeps flashing.

I’ve had a lot of really not great coffee makers but this really takes the cake. Spurting out hot water and coffee grounds, have had for less than 6 months. Apparently can’t get a replacement either. Do not buy this!!!

Love the quality of the coffee! Note: Don’t use distilled or highly filtered water. It wouldn’t recognize it in the reservoir. It would blink rapidly 5 times when plugged in & not to go the solid start brew indicator light. We dumped it & used tap water & it immediately worked fine. It also works with store brand purified bottled water. It must detect some type of mineral presence to know the water is added. Otherwise, it’s nice looking, brews well & the coffee tastes great!

We start the day with a 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker, but occasionally like to make a single cup later in the day. The design of this little device has you put the fresh water in for the size single cup you want - no tank of water that can get stale if not used often enough. Overall easy to use, but cleaning the little pod holder is a bit cumbersome.
