Does it work? Yes. Does it work well? Eh. I like this product enough but not enough that I’d recommend it. You freeze the bowl/mug for 24 hours and then attach the mixer and add your ingredients. It does freeze them yes, it takes a while though. The main issue is that the ice cream base you choose to use WILL freeze around the edges/bottom of the bowl, leaving you with one very solid frozen layer and then the rest of it does get to a normal ice cream consistency. So it works yes but just don’t expect anything exceptional.

It worked twice great and now it’s broken. Hand washed it and yet now when I put the top on it’s like it wasn’t even made for this bowl. Waste of money.
