Dash My Mug Electric Ice Cream Maker Multi-Purpose Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine

I just tried this machine for the first time today. I made the no cook vanilla base: 1/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup sugar, a few drops of vanilla. After 15 min of mixing I added in some homemade chocolate dipped shortbread I had crumbled up. I had tasted the ice cream before adding the shortbread and it was missing something but the shortbread added a little salty flavor and now it’s perfect! It seemed to be a little too hard for the wand to churn at around 20 min so I stopped it and scooped it out. I out a little in a freezer jar to see what its like tomorrow after freezing for a bit. It wasn’t too noisy. I hope the motor lasts a long time though - that’s my primary concern. We’ll see! It was easy to clean off and pop the base back in the freezer for next time. I love the idea of being able to use this to customize a dessert or use only simple ingredients for people with food sensitivities.

Broke first use. Followed directions, lid came out of lock position twice during churning, then stopped after 14 minutes. Still liquid consistency with some flakes of ice. Waste of money.

I love this machine. Its quiet and makes good ice cream in just the right amount.

Been using my mug ice cream maker for a few months now and we love it! Just enough ice cream for one person or two because I have two mugs. Recipe is simple and the ice cream is delicious.

Just tried it for the first time—very easy to use!

Absolutely happy with this purchase. The booklet it comes with has a few different recipes and their variations, although the only one I’ve tried so far is the classic vanilla (without the egg). The booklet instructions are easy to follow; it’s worked perfectly, every time. We keep the mug in the freezer so it’s always ready to make a pint.

I purchased this as a gift a couple weeks ago. It arrived in the manufacturer's box only, not in a box appropriate for shipping. The box was a mangled mess: open, torn and smashed. I put through a return on the item and reordered. I received a message to keep the item and another would be sent to me. I sent pictures and explained that the box was damaged. I have just received the replacemnt item. Again it was sent in a box not sturdy enough for shipping. I cannot give this item as a gift in a mangled box. I plan to return this to the store in my area and repurchase if the box in the store is intact.

I purchased two of these machines for my granddaughters. Eight months later, one of them quit working. I had great customer service at Dash and within 10 days had the replacement sent to her! She was very happy. I was very pleased with the Dash people’s response.

I adore this little guy, and I’m churning up my first batch of ice cream now! It’s SO quiet, and I’m so sorry excited to expirament with so many different flavors! Only complaint is I wish the paddle was metal, as I had thought it would be, but it doesn’t seem to pose any issue! The video I attached is after only 10 minutes!

I realized I could make myself a healthy frozen treat by freezing a protein shake and adding fruit!

Picked this up at kohl's tonight and can't wait to try different recipes!

I am an ice cream person.. through and through! I will eat ice cream all year round. This is amazing. I love it more the ninja creamy for sure! I sold my creami for this. I make protein ice cream using the vanilla recipe it comes with and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. PRO TIP: when you’re mixing (I do it in a shaker cup) I shake everything up THEN add ice and shake again to really chill the mix before adding it to the mixer. It’s also super quiet

I am obsessed with this machine. I bought 3. Since purchasing them I’ve made 1 or 2 ice cream/sorbets everyday. ICE CREAM I’ve made:- cherry with maraschino cherries - vanilla with caramel and pistachio nuts- chocolate - vanilla/chocolate with cookie dough and brownies (copycat Ben & Jerry’s Half Baked). Added chocolate syrup SORBETS I’ve made:- wild berries- mango- combo of strawberry/banana/peachFantabulous product❤️
