Q: It says it has dishwasher safe parts, but when I got it, the box says none of the parts are dishwasher safe. So…can it be washed in a dishwasher or not? I’m confused.

  • A: The parts for the Dash Shaved Ice Maker are dishwasher safe on the top rack of an unheated cycle. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend hand washing the parts in warm soapy water rather than risk them warping or melting in the dishwasher. I hope this helps!

    Thanks for ruining the surprise

    I have no idea if the product works or not. It's a Christmas gift, but the surprise was a 100% ruined, because the item was shipped directly in its box. So not only is the box all scuffed up, but the person who's receiving the gift saw it. target shipping👎👎👎

    Very cheap. Not even worth $10

    These are very cheap and the ice constantly gets stuck underneath the mechanism. You have to keep dumping out ice and resetting everything. My child is afraid to use it. It takes a very long time to make even one cup, maybe 5-10 minutes. Ours just broke yesterday the plastic just chipped off and it will no longer turn on

    Kids love it!

    My kids love slurries but I hate getting them from fast stations because of all the sugar! So my mom got my son this and we add dye free syrup or make our own lemonade concoction and the kids love it! Easy to use and clean.
