    Works well, it just never lasts long

    This is my 3rd shaved ice machine, and I love the dash brand! I’ve been through plenty of different ones but dash isn’t far the fastest, and smoothest one BUT the little corner piece that screws the plastic in place ALWAYSSSS breaks and makes the machine un workable . The first one didn’t even last a few months, this last time I purchased it in the end of January and now it is the first week of May and guess what? The middle part broke in the middle of me making ice. Now, I do use this machine religiously every single day but only to last 3 months??? It’s crazy.

    Thanks for ruining the surprise

    I have no idea if the product works or not. It's a Christmas gift, but the surprise was a 100% ruined, because the item was shipped directly in its box. So not only is the box all scuffed up, but the person who's receiving the gift saw it. target shipping👎👎👎

    Very cheap. Not even worth $10

    These are very cheap and the ice constantly gets stuck underneath the mechanism. You have to keep dumping out ice and resetting everything. My child is afraid to use it. It takes a very long time to make even one cup, maybe 5-10 minutes. Ours just broke yesterday the plastic just chipped off and it will no longer turn on
