A: Hi! Yes, it comes with a custom pad that fits the changing tray. Unfortunately, it does not have any straps as it is for a 1" pad that snuggly fit the tray.

Q: How does the dresser stand alone when it's converted to a twin bed, when it's needed to be attached for the crib?

A: The portion attached to the crib, which includes the dresser leg, becomes part of the stand-alone dresser. When purchasing the twin rail conversion kit for this crib, it will come with 2 additional legs, one of which will be attached to the rear left of the dresser completing the necessary legs to keep the dresser standing on its own. The other leg that comes with the conversion kit is for the crib and to complete the legs for the twin conversion footboard.

Broken out of the box, can't assemble. Rather than try to return a 119 pound crib, I tried contacting DaVinci customer service for a replacement part. Their web form asks for a ton of information, then you submit and nothing - no confirmation or anything. So I called and the customer service agent didn't seem to know how to understand the issue - I had all the part codes and part and everything and he kept asking what I needed?? He did say that my online submission was never received. I sent a follow up email giving them my proof of purchase and photos. No response. Next day, day after, and after that. Tried following up twice. Baby due soon and the crib is in pieces in the living room. It looks cute but do not buy this unless you have infinite patience to deal with nonexistent customer service. DaVinci is completely unacceptable to work with.

The crib is just terrible. The first crib I received was chipped and cracked. The drawers fall through every time you pull them out. Some parts are so uneven. The manufacturer needs to do better.

Misleading when it comes to the pictures. The way it looks in the twin bed picture you would think the table can be just a table by itself, but that is wrong, the head board and table have to stay attached!!! Once you put it together there is no getting it to be just a side table unless you want to have this weird high side (see pictures) and even then you have to take the whole side table and head board apart.

My baby crib came broken ! I still don’t have an answer from target customer service , I make the complaint they want me to send the crib. How they pretend I’m going to send it ? If I just have my baby with a c section ? It is too heavy I’m alone I told them to send someone to pick it up but I need the crib as soon as possible ! I still waiting for their answer

Came broken, according to target customer service usps was supposed to pick up the broken baby crib and they never came, I had to call them again and now I have to keep waiting for another 8 days for new baby crib to arrive since Target don’t ship anything until they receive the defective item even knowing that they sent a defective one.

It’s great if baby will be sleeping in your room. Looks nice and doesn’t take up too much space. Only down side is that you’ll really only be able to use it for the first year because they grow out of it. We won’t be using as a toddler bed.

This crib came to me damaged a little didn’t feel like ordering another and returning it. I am a woman and I was able to put it together by myself with blood sweat and tears and a few cuss words. But instructions were easy to follow. Over all I love it.
