I am not a person of writing reviews but today at 5:31am i will take my time to do so. Just like other reviews, chair is very comfortable and attractive. I made my purchase back on May 27, 2022. However, i been using it only for a month and a half after giving birth. Lately the chair has been making an awful creaking noise like at the bottom from what I can hear and guess and APPARENTLY IS ABOUT TO GET WORST. Considering on returning this item since my last day to return is August 31th (crazy). DO NOT recommend, the price does not match the quality.

Thank you for your interest in Delta Children Products. Please make sure that the brackets on both sides of the Chair Back are fit together properly with the brackets on the Chair Base. In some cases you will not be able to see that the brackets are fit together properly, you may need to use your fingers to ensure that the smaller brackets are captured entirely inside of the larger brackets. You may need help from a second person to apply pressure to the sides of the chair base while you slide the brackets on the chair back together with the brackets of the chair base. Please also help to ensure that all bolts and screws are tight on all the metal components of the chair. Please contact our consumer services department at gcs@deltachildren.com if you continue to have issues with your Emma Nursery Glider Swivel Rocker Chair.

how long does it take for the smell to go away? I've had windows open, fans running, and an air purifier running since we assembled it 3 days ago?! it smells like mildew and chemicals and makes me worry since it's in the nursery.

I love this glider. Baby is now five months and we got it before she arrived. The Blush is a great color. It’s comfy but still structured. Love that I can rock and swivel in any direction which made accessing things while holding babe much easier. Get the ottoman to go with it!!

I didn’t want to believe the reviews, but I should have. This chair is comfortable and cute, but makes a clicking sound EVERY time I move. It’s loud especially in the middle of the night. I would pick a different chair if I could go back. I’ve had different people take a look at it. We’ve applied WD-40 and it works for a day or two and then continues to making the clicking sound. It can be frustrating especially when you’re sleep deprived and trying to get baby back to sleep.

Purchased the chair to use to rock our new baby. The chair lasted two weeks of just rocking at night. It began to squeak loud and make a popping sound. I made sure anything that could be retighten did. Still squeaks and a pop sound. Finally emailed the company itself. They requested I fill out a bunch of info and send photos. Which I did. Then they said they would get back to me. They didn’t. I reached back out and the lady pretty much blew me off. So I simply said I would never buy another delta product again. Then about a week or two later I receive an email asking for me to record videos of the chair. By that point it was already 4-5 WEEKS since my initial email to them. I had already purchased a new chair from a different brand. This chair might look visually nice, but the quality and especially the customer service is horrible. Save your money and sanity and go with another brand.

I ordered a pizza before I began unboxing this and was intimidated because I thought this would take forever to build. Im 34 weeks pregnant and I finished building this before the pizza got here. Lol. It was so easy to assemble literally 2 screws and 2 washers everything else you just line up. It is so comfy I've sat here in it for like a half hour and haven't moved from this spot. Only complaint I would have is that in some spots there is like a white paint/ residue idk what it is but its not in noticeable places so I dont care so much. Still would buy again.

Cushions are soft but that's where the comfort stops. This chair is very short (I'm 5'3") I feel like I'm constantly sliding out or my butt is on the edge. My back constantly hurts and you can't relax your neck without leaning just your head way back because of the way the chair is shaped.
