They somewhat control odor but with large amounts of incontinence, nothing will control that odor. They do fit well and breathability is so so. Overall would recommend, especially the Depend brand.

These Depend Fresh Protect adult underwear came in so handy. They’re super comfortable, don’t irritate my skin, and give me peace of mind when I can’t make it to the bathroom quickly. The fit is snug but not tight, and they stay in place even when I shift around in bed. Definitely recommend for anyone recovering from an injury or dealing with limited mobility. No odor, or weird smell, absorbs really well. Breathable & comfortable

I feel like I am wearing regular underwear which is very impressive to me. They are not baggy or bulging anywhere and they fit perfectly. I prefer these now instead of my regular underwear. They are not expensive and you receive a good amount in each package. I highly recommend these.

I now know what I will use when I do become incontinent. The absorbency was amazing as well as order control. My mother in law had used these so I do know they work amazing. Nobody knows you are wearing them so it gives someone the boost in their self esteem which is a beautiful thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have significantly increased the comfort of these underwear. The comfort is exceptional. The waistband is a nice, soft cottony feel. So much better than the paper-like they used to be. They fit rather well, although the legs (for me) were a little loose. The waistband is nice and stretchy, ensuring they don’t slip down. They are extremely absorbent. I had to go on a trip and was traveling for 14hours, and these underwear held up during my travel time very, very well. The odor control is so much better than it used to be. There was no nasty smell at the end of the day, like you’d expect. Thoroughly impressive.
