I seen no issue other then a little leakage if to much liquid so do have to pay attention. I used them for overnight while in my period and it definitely worked better than a pad.

She wears a size forty-eight waist and these fit her perfectly. They are not bulky which is a plus. The material is very soft and absorbing which she says is very comfortable. The twelve hour protection is a plus. It held her urine overnight with no leaks. The absorbing core material also keeps her dry which is excellent. Also, I like the fact that the odor was very controlled with the material this product is made from. It is unlike other incontinence underwear that we have tried in the past. The material feels soft to the touch not stiff or plasticky like some other brands & the feminine lavender color adds a bit of dignity & style, which I appreciate.These are marketed as overnight protection, so I was curious about how comfortable they’d be for extended wear. The fit was snug but not tight.The high rise waistband helped them stay in place throughout the night without rolling down,& the leg openings didn’t dig in or cause irritation.
