  • A: This IS for the foaming hand soap dispensers. The directions under the “drug facts” tab tells you. They should make this fact more obvious, but it works as it should in the correct pump.

  • A: This item is not a body wash, it is a hand soap refill. Normally, hand soap is reccomended for hand washing only, not to be used as a body wash.

  • A: Don't know! Perhaps because this is antibacterial and body wash usually doesn't specifically say that? Although soap and water is antibacterial, I suppose. I suppose you could use this as body wash but it is a thinner consistency than body washes usually are.

  • A: While you can use hand soap as a body wash, you would find that, due to less surfactants, your skin would feel less clean and have less suds. Also, there is less fragrance in the hand soap.

    Dial changed the pump dispenser so it is shorter and more difficult to pump once you turn the top to open. The length of the top narrow part of the dispenser is shorter also. I will not buy this brand again. Uncomfortable to use and I have small women's hands. Shrinkflation again!

Usually the liquid soap and shampoos are tied up in a clear plastic bag, with some sort of separation .. nothing, just everything thrown in together, not even packing filler. Everything flopping around in box. The boxes of facial tissue weren’t even used strategically. My box of bone broth and my rice cake are both smashed up.? Thank u for the regretful experience…

    Good soap, terrible new pump

    The soap is great, but the new white pump is terrible. It's much harder to depress to dispense the soap, and sometimes you have to depress the pump twice to get anything out. The clear pump that used to come with the soap worked fine, so why would you change it?
