Diaper pail good, misleading packaging
The diaper pails operates nicely with the foot pedal and how snug the bags are. I switched from a competitor and was hesitant with the proprietary bags. The packaging made it seem like it came with a full sized refil but that was just an advertisement on the box when in reality it was only half the size. This could/should be more clear for new parents navigating through the baby industry.

Dangerous poop slide
Diaper pail does hold all the smell in but at the cost of a poop shute of death. The flap that makes the whole thing smell proof pushes the bag closed and doesn't really allow it to re open. So to put a diaper in you need to push open the bag from the top every time. If you are just throwing away a single wipe or similar you basically wipe the top of your hand on the bag and have to hope no poop got smeared. Ovdt all the pail works well and exactly how it's designed. The design is just poor.
