Q: Can the scale be stored vertically on an edge and not upset the inner workings (presuming there are supports that will keep it vertical without moving, sliding or falling)?

A: It’s best to store the scale flat to protect the sensors and maintain accurate readings, as the load cells are designed to handle weight evenly across the surface. Occasional vertical storage is fine if it’s stable and won’t tip or shift much.

The scale came in blue, not silver like I ordered. Also, it was clearly used and not new because of the scratches and residue on it when I opened the box.

Scale is small, but works great and serves its purpose
The scale is exactly like described. It's easy to tare down to zero and turn on and off. Super user friendly but also very sensitive. Works well for measuring multiple ingredients.

I bought this scale for my sourdough measurements and so far so good! It works for exactly what I need it for and I love that it has different settings for different measurements. It's easy to use and switch between units. It's small enough to be stored easily and the silver plating is super sleek. Perfect little scale and at a great price!

This is a great scale. I've purchased two of them over the years. Accurate, space to use a bowl or plate for weighing since you can offset the weight with the tare function. It is attractive and easy to wipe clean when needed. Highly recommended.

I love this food scale! It's compact but big enough for chicken breasts or small meat items, fruit, vegetables, etc. Great sleek, slim design. Surface is ample so I just place items on waxed paper - no clean-up. I most especially LOVE the digital measurements. So easy to see and many forms of measurement available. These are great scales. They are the small scales so make sure that is what you want. They have a wide variety of measurements so we can go back and forth between pounds, ounces, grams, milliliters. I much prefer to way items when preparing food as I feel it is much more accurate.

Perfect for multiple needs
I love this scale. It is simple and easy to use. I am able to use it not only for baking (sourdough which requires exact measurements), but I also use it for weighing mail. It has been extremely accurate in my experience. It holds up well to larger items and is small enough to take up limited space in your kitchen.

Great food scale!
I love this food scale it shows measurements in grams, ounces, mls, kilograms, and lbs. I use this to measure things for sourdough bread as those measurements usually need to be exact for a perfect loaf and this scale has not disappointed! It also zeros out which I think a lot, if not all scales do, but I thought it would be good to mention.
