great scale
I needed a scale to bake bread. I used to use two scales, one for weighing heavier ingredients such as the flour and a small scale for lighter ingredients such as the dried milk, sugar, or yeast. It was a little inconvenient switching scales during the baking process and when my old larger scale broke I wanted to find a scale that would work for all the ingredients. This scale solved my problem and works great - I can weigh all the ingredients, heavier and lighter, for the recipe with just one scale. I'm very glad I purchased this product.
