Doona Car Seat & Stroller

Honestly, I love this stroller/ car seat combination, it’s very convenient for quick errands, it’s so nice not having to carry a heavy car seat around. With that being said…. This product loses 3 stars for Doona’s customer service! If anything on the stroller part is defective, good luck!!! Even when the car seat is fine, since they are all in one, you will be stuck without a car seat. Customer service through Doona is quite honestly horrendous. My car seat and base are in perfect condition, the stroller latch was defective and kept collapsing down with my baby inside. It was scary and dangerous! It’s still under warranty but they refused to ship a replacement until I showed a video of me destroying the car seat AND base. Now I am stuck without a car seat until they are able to ship a new one (so far it’s been 3-4 days and a new seat has not been shipped yet) they set my ticket to medium priority, which I find crazy since they made me destroy my perfectly functional car seat and now I’m stuck without a safe way to transport my baby, all because their stroller latch was defective. I would say this product is wonderfully convenient and I loved it, but it’s horribly inconvenient if you get a defective product. I’d say to always have a backup car seat, just in case! You would think they could provide vouchers with their retailers or something in a situation like this, so that people could easily get a replacement the same day, especially since car seats are incredibly important! 🤦‍♀️ Also, destroying a perfectly good base? Why? It’s so wasteful! They could at least say hey, keep an extra base for all of the inconvenience. But nope, can’t possibly allow your paying customer to have anything for free after spending $650 on their defective product.

Best stroller

We were on a Delta flight and they broke our Doona so that we could no longer convert it to a stroller, we reached out to Delta and Doona and they both refused to help. Doona does not replace damaged stroller like Uppa Baby.

Reliable

I love it ! I had one for my 2nd baby and I knew I had to purchase again for my 3rd baby . It’s so easy to use , makes it easy with 3 kids .

Baby outgrew it in 3 months. The stroller is small no room for diaper bag and the car seat is a pain to remove and install. It is much easier to take the baby out of the carseat and put the baby in a regular stroller. You need a stroller with storage bottom and maybe even a cup holder. This is a hype!!

nice to roll easy to assemble

We bought the Doona in April and have had trouble with the base the whole entire time we have used it. It often won't connect when we attach the seat, like multiple times a week. For the second time in a week, it will not connect at all. We've also had a lot of trouble with it not fully connecting and it has to be wiggled. At the $500 price point, I fully expect this product to last longer than 4 months.

Heavy and bulky. Really hard to lift into a large SUV. Not worth it. Used it for a week then went back to carrying the mesa

I do not recommend anyone to buy the stroller.. although it’s nice and it’s popping online and famous people have it. And it looks like it’s so useful I promise you it’s not worth it!! My son is 8 months and his feet are already sticking out and I have to buy another stroller.. It would’ve been nice if this one would grow with him like the other ones out there. which I should’ve done more research on my end.. on top of that, it does not have any cupholder or anything to hold your extra belongings… when you’re going shopping, you’re pretty much holding your bags and pushing your child. It’s just a lot. It’s just not worth it. And they have other gadgets that you could purchase for the stroller, but there’s no point if there’s other strollers out there that come with those things… And it’s so expensive for what? !!!
