A: Aesthetically these looks like normal bed pillows - but upon laying on them they are rated softer/medium density. DOWNLITE does offer a 'super thin and flat pillow' you may instead want to try which is even flatter.

Q: Do the hotels use the medium density or soft density

A: Hotels order what they call is Medium but we think the density is more soft/medium density. This specific style pillow is used at many of the 2-3 star national chains as well as some Disney properties. Because we make 30 plus styles of pillows for hotels - and they all differ - please do not guess at which one to save yourself from the return process. You can always ask DOWNLITE to verify which hotel uses which style pillow. This happens to be a fantastic pillow for guest bedrooms, vacation rentals and those needing lots of pillows. Thx, DOWNLITE

Love my new pillows

Not supportive at all
They do not keep their shape and deflate very quickly. They are flat as pancakes now and no matter what I do. They do not fluff back up. They are not supportive to your head and neck at all.

By design, these are gently filled pillows for someone who is more of a stomach sleeper, so they will be much less filled than most pillows - but again, that is by design. A little flat over time
These are a good deal but I’m always re-fluffing them for my kids because they flatten pretty easily. That does happen to down pillows but I wish these were more fully stuffed.
