A: That's a great question, Mum. Our Downy Light White Lavender does have a lavender base note, but is much lighter and is a bit different from our Downy Infusions CALM, which has a lavender and vanilla base note. If you have any questions, give us a call at 800-688-7638.

The amount of beads used per load can be adjusted to meet individual choice of the amount of scent desired. Larger loads need more beads than small loads to deliver the desired amount of scent. Super high temps and/or super long dry times in tumble dryers may zap some of the perfume, so we'd simply suggest using lower heat and shorter dry times if possible. I bought this over the vanilla comfy one. It’s perfect I like the smell better than Downy Calm. I used to on my bedding and now my room smells like it. Fragrant but not overkill. I’m really picky about scents and I’m a vanilla, lavender person only so this definitely fits the bill.

Smells INCREDIBLE. The best smelling scent booster beads I’ve found. It doesn’t smell chemically or offensive like most do. I will say that I don’t really think it smells like lavender, but whatever it smells like, it’s divine.
