A: That's a great question. apart from the dispenser, it can be added in the center post agitator for traditional top-loading machines, or it can be added directly to the drum during the rinse cycle.

Smells Like Floor Cleaner
I absolutely love the shakers version of the scent ocean mist, but this one smells different. The scent is a reminiscent of a floor cleaner like fabuloso or odoban and it gave me a headache. I’ll stick to tide pod + oxiclean combo on top of the shakers.

No scent and formula change basically water
This used to be the best the smell was so fresh and clean but... Downy has changed the formula because you can no longer smell this in your clothes when you wash them also it does not clean like it used to basically water now . Will never buy again .
