For top loaders, you can pause the rinse cycle by opening the lid to increase the cycle time for 16min to sanitize. If top-loading machine does not have a fabric softener compartment, then the product can be manually added during the rinse cycle by using the "pause" feature and dosing the product directly into the drum. Alternatively, you can run a "Rinse & Spin" cycle (name may vary by machine type) and add the product directly to the drum. Do NOT add any detergent or bleach product to the Rinse & Spin cycle.
