Bad packaging
The mattress arrived in a shipping box with plastic wrap covering only the center, forming a roll, and the edges were discolored. While it's unclear if I received a used mattress, it is unacceptable to sell a hygienic product without proper packaging and sealing—such as in a dirt- and water-proof bag.

It’s pretty firm, not soft or cloud-like. The smell is horrible. I have taken the sheets off every day for the past week and opened my window in hopes that it would air out, but no. Every night I sleep inhaling the plastic-y smell. Would not recommend.

Get it!
It feels so soft, you sink right in but not in a bad way but a subtle way. At first opening it had a very strong scent which bothered us for a bit but it does go away, it’s to keep free of any odor causing bacteria. Highly recommend for a better nights sleep.
