I got this truck for my sons 4th birthday and the trash cans are missing. He was very upset but I already opened it and it’s too much of a hassle to have to return it

Not a bad toy but a little boring. My boy loves the trash truck and has other toys he plays with but this isn’t the best trash truck option. It’s big but the lever to dump trash is lame and it only makes a couple of sounds. I’ve seen better versions for the price.

the hinges on the trash truck and trash cans broke. only one light on the truck works. I am sad i have to return it because my son LOVES it. but now it doesn't work and we either can't use the back compartment or it just hangs on.

We got this truck for our toddler when he was 2 and 7 months later, it’s still his favorite! The conveyor feature is by far the best! It’s very realistic and allows him to dump trash/recycling in a fun and interactive way!

Got for my 4 year old son, who asked for one after seeing it in the store. Both my 4 year old and 1 year old (almost 2) love this toy so much. They have been playing with it every day since we bought it and it has held up so far. Great toy!

This is a good looking large truck for kids. It is great for the details--looks like the real McCoy--a big garbage truck. The garbage pails that come with it are not durable. The lids will come off. The sound feature for pressing the horn (beep) or the functions on the top of the truck stopped working after 4 months. We replaced the batteries--no sound. Some might consider that a blessing. Lights work. I like things to work as designed. The truck recycling function can be hard to operate and requires a parent to sometimes tinker with it.

My kids have had this since Christmas and it is still going strong. They are rough with this toy but it hasn’t broken. They take the lids off the trash cans and then snap them back on again. We received all components of the toy. My kids also have Bruder trucks, which they have broken. I would compare the Driven trucks we have to Bruder quality.

I opened the truck and realized the back part was missing. It was too much effort in my end to take the truck back and return it so even after paying so much of it e just kept the truck. The belt park is not smooth too tight for tiny hands.

My 2.5 year old absolutely loves this truck. He first saw the green version at another store, so we bought this one from Target in his favorite color, orange. Unfortunately, the two garbage bins were missing from ours. I didn’t notice until we got it fully unboxed, since I’d assumed they’d be inside. Be sure to double check yours has the bins attached if you buy this in store. I’ve reached out to Battat customer service, hoping I can get replacement cans. Fingers crossed.

I completely agree with most of the other reviews, as soon as we took the truck out of the box , my toddler went to open the door and it broke .. the tops of the garbage cans are also broken , not great quality for the price you are paying .. son really loves the garbage truck but can be made way better

This is the second garbage truck for grandson. Bought the first one when he was 4 and he played with it so much outside with his friends that after 3 years it started to fall apart. I figure if it lasted 3 years with young kids playing with it outside, its pretty good. He wanted another one so I bought it again.

The toy is nice looking and my kids love to play with it. But it began to fall apart after 1 WEEK. The hinge of the blud trash bin broke after a couple of days and the lid is half attached. The truck cabin door broke next and it is only connected by an elastic band. Reached out to Battat customer service, I was told the door broke often. However, the common issue is different from what I have. I took a picture of the problem and sent it to them, but have never heard back even after repeated inquiries. Neither the product quality nor the customer service deserves more than 1 star rating.
