Destroyed dishwasher
I've been a customer for years. We discovered our dishwasher wasn't draining. The issue was the Dropps outer casings weren't dissolving all the away and clogged our dishwasher, resulting in the need to do a complete disassembly. We don't know if we can fix it yet. I wish I could give zero stars.

Squeaky clean!
Love the scent and keeps my dishes clean and my dishwater tidy. Granted I do rinse food remains off of my plates and avoid washing my pots and pans on the dishwasher. Otherwise really good.

unfortunately no
I was excited to try these and love the fact that they didn't have any artificial fragrance. Well, I made a mistake. I made Italian sauce and meatballs on Sunday and placed everything into the wash. Not only did it not take the stains off my silicone utensils, it also smelled like tomato sauce in my dishwasher. That was the test and it failed. ugh.

Clean and less expensive!
Honestly, I got these because they were cheaper than what I normally buy and had good reviews. With the price of things going up, anything to save helps! And these are great! Honestly I find they work better than the more expensive brand I was buying before!

Ditched all the chemical dish, soaps, and wish I had sooner
Will never use those chemical laden dish pods again. These pods clean just as good if not better and don’t leave a chemical smell on our dishes. My husband was very skeptical about their ability to wash a household of dishes and he now agrees that this is not only the best for the environment but also for our family.

Loved this product since 2021, but will have to switch now due to awful pod smell!
I have been an avid user of dropps since 2021. I always buy the largest pack of dishwasher pods that will last me 6-9 months. The newest order I have received I am very dissatisfied with. Your formula or something has changed. IT SMELLS AWFUL! I hate standing anywhere near our dishwasher now because the smell lingers between washes. I loved your product but I will have to do my research on a better zero waste option for when I run out.

Good for Everyone and Everything
We have been using dropped now for a few years and besides being happy knowing that the cleanliness of our dishes is second to none, knowing that we are not putting plastics and forever chemicals into our environment. In the long run we are caring for our pocket book and the environment.

Unscented is Better
Cleans great, but the smell stays on your dishes especially silicone. I wish I'd got unscented. Other than that it would be 5 stars. I got lemon citrus.

Works better than the popular brand!
Since we started using Dropps in our dishwasher, I've noticed our tea mugs come out cleaner with less staining than before. In general the dishes seem to have less residue and look/feel cleaner. I love Dropps dishwasher detergent!

It cleans but it also smells terrible
I bought these at a bulk refill store and while they clean my dishes well, I probably won't buy again. I hate that they're wrapped in plastic and they're more expensive than Blueland, Branch Basics, and Molly's Suds. Most importantly, they just smell weird. There's no smell before they've been used, but now every time I run my dishwasher, and certainly after I open it at the end of a cycle, I'm coming to loathe the supposed "lemon citrus" smell. It's not lemon citrus, and I may wind up giving these away.
