I decided to try two new products with my last order, this and the oxy clean. While this isn't quite as bad as the oxy tabs, it's still not a good product. Sometimes it doesn't dissolve and I have to rerun the dishwasher. It doesn't get the dishes very clean. I regret branching out - Dropps should have stuck to detergent.

I originally found this brand in search of a more eco friendly version of my store bought dishwasher pods and I’ve really liked this brand so far! I did quite a bit of research into eco friendly dishwasher pods and this one had a lot of good reviews and I’m happy to add mine as well. It definitely lives up to the claims and I think it cleans better than the store brand I bought previously which I love on top of the eco aspects of this brand!

Caused my dishwasher to fill with a ton of suds, which remain in the bottom of the dishwasher when the cycle is finished, so I've been needing to run a second wash on every load to fully rinse my dishes. Waste of time, waste of water, waste of money (since these are more expensive than the original Ultrawash). One of the pods was also broken inside the box and leaking outwhich isn't the end of the world, but did cause a big mess when unpacking my order. Not a fan!

I was using cascade platinum pacs before this and have completely switched over to these as they perform just as well but eliminate the use of a plastic container. I would recommend the unscented version as I personally don’t like my dishes to have a scent after washing. Great product and does not create a film on glassware.

I wish I had tried them as soon as I got them, but waited until my prior pods ran out. Big mistake as these simply do not get the dishes clean. My coffee cups constantly come out dirty, even if I put them on the bottom rack, and the dishes aren't clean even though I rinse them prior to putting them in the dishwasher. I'd return them if I could.

Great product. I’m really disappointed in the change of packaging from rectangular boxes made of plain cardboard, with simple graphics to oddly shaped boxes of coated cardboard, with more mainstream pictures and marketing style. . They don’t stack well, and are not as easily recycled.

I bought this a month ago and have done a few loads with it since. I switched from cascade platinum. It’s normal for my dishwasher and cascade to need a second load with some of my dishes so the first time my dishes came out with food still caked on them with Dropps detergent pods I wasn’t surprised, I just put them back in. I’ve put this dish in 4 times and the food still hasn’t come off. The 5th time I switched back to a cascade pod and it’s back to being spotless. I had high hopes for this since I love the laundry pods so much but I’m very disappointed, definitely not buying again

By far, this is the best dishwasher detergent I have ever used! I can’t believe how clean the dishes are, even casserole dishes. No spots on the glasses, no missed baked on food. It’s almost become a game where I try to stump the detergent. 🤣. It even cleans my pots and pans. It’s really amazing, and no overpowering chemical scent.
