My son likes this pomade. Helps his “hair swoop” stay!

My husband has used this in the past and loved it. For some reason this jar doesn’t seem nearly as strong! It’s more of like a lotion texture- does not hold hair well. Smells amazing! But doesn’t do its job :(

When I first discovered this product it was awesome! What I find in the stores now just isn’t the same. It smells the same but it doesn’t feel look or hold the same. It used to be somewhat firm now it’s just goop that doesn't firm up.

Not even halfway full. Can't tell if it's supposed to be sealed or not but it honestly looks like somebody used it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a bit of a learning curve on this stuff -I've gotten it wrong twice this week with comical results. Practice on an off day around the house, haha. First time I used waaay too much and had a helmet head situation. Second time it wasn't enough, and I dried frizzy. I'd do better if it came in a tube I could "dose" about a pea sized amount. Until I get it right, I'll just use it on the baby hairs that fuzz out like a halo when it's humid or windy (my hairs wild n curly, and loves an excuse to be unruly)

Used once and threw it away.

I really enjoy this product, and it smells incredible. I used to use hair jell, but this pomade is so much better and there is no white flakes in your hair at the end of the day.

A lot like running Axe Body Spray on your head. If you like having the smell of cheap cologne lingering all day long, this is the hair product for you. Keeps hair in place just fine, just makes you smell like an 8th grade boy going to his first dance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I expected a greasy pomade and I usually buy them because back when I was younger, I used to constantly dye my hair and straighten it leaving my hair damaged and was just overly dry, but again Duke Cannon saved my hair. It's felt better than it has in years. A little goes a long way and now my hair is on the road to a smooth recovery.

i have long curly hair and refuse to cut it cuz it keeps me warm in alaskan winters and this keeps the hair outta my eyes like nothing else does

The best I've ever tried. It's not just dehydrated hair gel like other 'pomades'.

I very thick hair and I have tried most products. This works for an every day product. Perfect for me!

The product works very well. Very light weight in the hair, you get big volume, great texture and an all day hold. The finish is a nice natural matte finish. Works well blow-dried in, in damp hair or in dry hair styling. For more lift, apply a little pinch in damp hair and blow-dry it in, then add a little pinch more in dry hair to finish the style. Washes out very easily, good ingredients. 1 negative point is the scent. A hair product is supposed to have a very subtle scent, something you can smell when you apply but that goes away once in the hair. This scent is WAY overpowering, and I don't know why they chose such a cologne heavy scent either! Why not a light coconut or vanilla scent, that pleases everyone's nose and goes away quickly?! So if I had one advise to give to Duke Cannon, it would be to change this scent "big time" and to replace it with something subtle. Other than that, it works very well and washes out super easily.

I love this pomade. The smell reminds me of a Cavendish pipe tobacco shave soap I used to use. That scent lingers around you all day. A great scent. The hold is a bit sticky but it holds your hair in place all day long. This will be something I will continue to buy.
