I'm sorry but I'm disappointed with this fan. Very similar to a Harley Davidson where as it converts energy into noise with very little power. Fan is located 1.5 metres from the foot of the bed and can barely feel the breeze at speed 5 and can barely hear yourself think. Very noisy, little breeze. It's probably our 6th Dyson product in the house and the only one I have regretted purchasing. Achilles heel in the product line up. Sorry......

We’ve had this unit for a few months now and have used the heater and cooling fan both at home and in a caravan. When it arrived my initial thoughts were that it was too small for our large space and wouldn’t be sufficient. It surprised me greatly with its effectiveness and I’ve since recommended it to others, one of whom also purchased one. It’s great to move around the house as needed. We use it to take the chill off a bathroom or in the lounge of an evening. It’ll get even more use to cool the home here in Queensland. Both modes work extremely well with a bonus of being safe when pets or young children are around. It’s very neat, compact and packs a punch. Super easy to wipe down too, no dusty fan blades.

Performs well for cooling and now very well for heating; quiet and efficient. Very satisfied with the Dyson Hot + Cool.

Perfect heater during winter. It keeps blowing warm air until the room reaches the pre-set temperature. Keep the room warm throughout the night which is perfect for kids room during winter

I am pleased with the fan for its clean lines and it’s good output either cool or warm.

I don’t like the shape of it. My previous version was a circle and I loved it. The thing works but it looks weird.

Heat or cools instantly even with a bigger room. I also like that it doesn’t take too much space and it’s aesthetically pleasing.

We bought a Dyson heater years ago and were so happy with its performance we got another. It’s our main form of heating and cooling in summer. Only thing I wish it was 12 hour cut off instead of 9. Other wise could not be happier.

Very efficient on both heating, and cooling cycles . Love its portability. and versatility, being lightweight, and easy to carry from room to room! Value for money!

Purchased a year ago. Used in the back rooms of the house away from the heatpump. This has no only given us the same feels as the heatpump, but it has reduced our powerbill. We replaced an oil heater with the Dyson and noticed a much smaller bill. This year we have bought a second one to replace another oil heater, together the house stays at 18-22 degrees while outdoors is 1 - 6 degrees in the South island. Paradise at home... I love the product and it's worth every penny. Healthy asthmatics at home with no complaints.

My cheap space heaters have lasted me for upwards of a decade but my Dyson AM09 received an H2 error code and no longer functions. Based on what ive read, Dyson won't actually help with the issue. Save yourself the trouble, get something better.

I bought this fan Oct 2021. It completely died Oct 2022. Although it has a great warranty and I've generally been happy with the fan, I'm extremely frustrated to be waiting 2 months for a replacement -- of course, it's winter and I specifically bought the fan for the colder areas of my home.

Broke after a few months use, been waiting months for a replacement.
