I don’t understand how this thing has such good reviews. Maybe mine is defective but chucks fall off every time I use it and it’s so chalky. You definitely get what you pay for in this case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good color payout if you want thicker lines. If you're looking for something thinner it only works in the beginning with a sharp tip shape. It's packaging is minimal and the pigmentation is decent after the gel. You get a good value if you don't mind more strokes.

The eye pencil I used was neutral brown. I used small stokes in the direction my hair grows to fill in my brows. It was super easy and looks great. Elf is a great value. I would recommend.
