I have used the regular formula blonde colour for a while now and LOVED IT! I really like the WATERPROOF, but the blonde isn't the same colour as the regular formula. It's a lot darker and I feel like my eyebrows are brown compared to the regular blonde. PLEASE MAKE THE WATERPROOF FORMULA IDENTICAL TO THE REGULAR FORMULA! (Waterproof on top in photo, regular on bottom)

I have no eyebrows (by choice) amd this is my go to whenever I want to draw some on. I am very sweaty and live in a warm climate and I can go 10 hours without having to touch up my brows. Wish they had a black instead of a dark brown tho.

I love the regular one so I had high hopes for this one. Target was out of the regular one si bought the waterproof one. I tried to apply it and nothing came out. It was so hard and dry that it pulled some of my eyebrows out.
