DON'T DO IT
The formula feels nice. The brush is decent, and it applies nicely. ...followed by ALL DAY flaking that just will NOT QUIT. If you have $6 to spend on Mascara, you can find one that won't do you dirty like this formula will. I LOVE the e.l.f. Brand. I've used many of their products, but this ain't it.

Doesn't Dry
Yes this makes my lashes look nicer, so an extra star for that, however even for the price it's not worth it because even if you apply it to dry lashes and use powder beforehand, it's smudged very obviously within an hour. It's like it doesn't dry at all and gives total racoon eyes within just a couple hours.

Too flaky to use!
Was recommended this as a great defining and lengthening mascara. I can definitely say it doesn’t clump but it also does not build volume whatsoever so the lashes look fairly limp and lifeless overall. What makes it unusable is the ridiculous amount of flaking, even as it’s brand new and used with primer as well. Skip this one.

Worst Mascara I've Tried In Years
This mascara smears and smudges SO much. The formula is just terrible. I could put it on in the morning and by the time I get to work I already have smudges under my eyes. I'd rather wear no mascara than this. I used to use ELF 3-in-1 mascara and I loved it, but now it's discontinued. I was hoping this would be a good replacement, but no.
