Smudge City
I bought this hoping it would be a cheaper alternative to the neutrogena kohl eyeliner. However, it is awful. In half a day of very little activity, it’s completely under my eyes and not even functioning as eyeliner. In comparison, the neutrogena stayed through an outdoor concert in 80 degree weather, and walking 4 miles. This can’t even last half a day in an office. I’m honestly upset that I spent $4 on this.

I love this color!

It’s dark but not harsh like a black liner. It’s really pigmented and creamy so it’s easy to work with. It’s easy to smoke it out for an easy Smokey eye look.it didn’t irritate my eyes either which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this eye pencil!

The warm brown shade is super flattering and works really well for natural or smoky looks. The pencil is creamy enough to glide on without tugging, but still firm enough to stay in place. I like using it on my upper lash line and smudging it out with a small brush for a quick, effortless smoky eye. It blends out nicely before it sets, and once it does, it stays put for hours. The pigment is rich and buildable. My only con is that I have to sharpen it fairly often, but for the price and performance, it’s worth it.

The formula is creamy enough to blend but still sets nicely so it doesn’t smear everywhere. I also love how easy it is to control you can go subtle or full glam in seconds. For the price, the quality honestly surprised me. It’s become one of those “grab it every day” products in my makeup bag.

Great Smokey liner
