Very useful

I have used these a few times a week for months and they make shadow boxing and jogging much more intense. They are very comfortable and fit snug in my hands!

Easy!!

I'm training for a 10 mile run this fall, and I purchased these to help me "up my game" a bit. They were a little awkward to get used to at first, but now I kinda forget I am even using them when I'm running. I feel like they've improved my endurance, and I can definitely see additional definition in my arms.
