Great Adjustable Dumbbell Set
The Lifepro adjustable dumbbells are great! I am a Senior Gent who has been lifting weights most of my adult life. These dumbbells are near perfect to keep me toned and active. Using the variable weight ranges, I am able to cover many dumbbell exercises. In addition, the dumbbell geometry and design is excellent, for they are not bulky and allow for excellent range of motion on most all dumbbell exercises. The only negative is I wish they went up to a max of 30 or 40 pounds. Thanks Lifepro!
