EKO Maxwell Step Kitchen Trash Can

Looks very nice in my kitchen, seems to be pretty sturdy, and I really like the color.

I love that it has a lid because it is less likely that it overflows. It also helps with any kind of odor. The design is very sleek and modern which we love. The inside of the can comes out which my kids love because it helps them to remove the bag easier. Very nice trash can and I would recommend it to others. I appreciate the bags they sent as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now this is a high end trash can lol! It has a beautiful design , black/ grey matte finish which hides annoying fingerprints. Liners were also included! My favorite thing about it is the lid locking feature, makes it so easy to change. I'd highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately didn't get this in matte black but other than that I got the stainless steel one delivered yesterday, I love it cause it's heavy and my dog can't knock it over like a regular trash can. Came with a thing of bags to use with as well but I just stuffed my glad trash bags into it to see how they fit. I love this trash can

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slow close is my favorite feature about the Maxwell trash can! My only complaint is that I opted for matte black and received stainless instead. The trash can is very sturdy yet light weight and 50L is the perfect size for my household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The EKO Maxwell trash can is a lovely matte black that looks sleek and doesn’t show the trash bag! I love how it has an inner container, it is easy to remove to clean or empty. It was amazing that the container came with trash bags and indicated the size needed. I enjoyed it in my kitchen but tested it in my small bathroom. To my surprise it fit! In addition it closes quietly and has a lock feature to keep the lid open.

The bottom looked like it had either melted or been pushed in, and there was also a small dent on the side. The bottom damage caused the can to be wobbly. I tried pushing it back down, but i couldn’t get it to budge. Be wary when shipping this product.

The thing I think could be improved is the pedal. Maybe it could be bigger or have a gap above it. I mean, it works as it is, but it would be a bit comfortable to have more space to push it. I think price range is aligned with the product as it is well made and I expect it to last several years.

It is durable and has a lock feature if you have small children. I love the foot peddle so you can open with your foot if your hands are full and it keeps the odor I. The trash can and not all over the kitchen.

I also like that the lid doesn’t slam down when it opens. My fingers and my kids hands appreciate that. It also feels like it is going to stand up to two kids and a husband using it. It is a thicker metal and isn’t going to dent easily. But I think my favorite feature is that the lid can lock open. This is going to be great when I am cooking and have full hands and don’t want to keep opening the lid.
