Terrible product.
Do not buy this product, it is a waste of money. Coffee is cold in 20 minutes and if you use it for cold it sweats so bad you think it is leaking and according to the manufacturer it is not made to keep anything hot or cold. Totally useless product.

This is a super cute mug. However, it does not keep coffee, hot at all. The mug gets super hot on the outside. I do not recommend this mug for travel. I am a teacher and I took it to use at work, so it was like I was drinking out of a real coffee mug. Unfortunately, by the time I got to work, my coffee was cold. I would return it if possible because it is just not functional.
