Ello Pop and Fill Stainless Steel Water Bottle

It is already liking in less than 40 days.

Wanted to love this and will buy again if they improve the design but the internal rubber ring is constantly popping off and the it's not leak proof. I was making due and then the plastic connecting piece for the lid just snapped off during regular use.

Does not hold cold drinks at all

If I could leave zero starts for this I would. We bought this for the beginning of school this year and went shopping early because of a planned end of summer vacation. My daughter used it for 10 days, yes 10 days! I only hand washed it and it started to leak. Target wouldn’t take it back because it was over 30 days. Don’t bother wasting your money on this because it won’t last!

I have purchased two of these bottle water bottles now and they both have broken within a week of having them. The piece that closes the mouth part breaks off and without it the water spills everywhere. I have had two backpacks of stuff ruined because of this water bottle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have used and loved Ello for years and was excited to find this new flip top design. It is truly an innovative feature and makes refilling so much more convenient. However, one of the silicone rings designed to prevent leaking has a tendency to pop out of place, causing excessive leakage. Additionally, despite thorough cleaning, the mouthpiece and "leak-prevention" ring have grown mold. I tried scrubbing the mold off, but it won't budge, rendering the bottle unsalvageable. I am extremely disappointed as I have only used the water bottle a few weeks and it is already unusable.

Do not buy it leaks even with the led shut tight

It leaks. I’ve taken it on trips and I would not recommend. Even if you knock it over it a lot of water spills out quickly

Good water bottle but I don’t agree on how long ice stays ice. I maybe get 6-7 hours before it all melts. Owala definitely keeps ice for hours longer. Will have to switch back eventually.

leaking all the time

I got these water bottles for my daughters in August and they both have already started leaking and it’s only halfway through September. I will not be purchasing these again. This is a bummer because I typically love Ello water bottles.

I find it hard to clean the silicone parts. I took way too long just trying to remove the stains. Definitely need some kind of wand brush to clean the insides as well. But other than that it works great! My drink stays cold the whole day!

Rubber stopper pops off, making it non- leakproof

We got this water bottle for my 6 year old because we were having mold issues with her last one. Initially it was a great bottle and I loved the locking feature to ensure it was staying clean (closed), but then the rubber ring inside began to pop out of place and it would leak excessively if it fell on its side. Super annoying to have to constantly check that for her, but it’s a good bottle otherwise. Love that it has a cover to keep it clean while she’s at school.

The item doesn't keep the ice in form as advertised and the straw is continously falling out of the slot. I do not recommend this item at all.

*Needs a new lid design stat* This water bottle is great-easy to clean, perfect size to last all day, keeps water cold. The plastic latch that covers the mouthpiece broke within 2 weeks of school from getting dropped twice by my first grader. Latch is a poor design on otherwise great water bottle. Wouldn’t recommend for kids for sure. They do sell replacement lids which is more than most brands do but overall just skip the hassle and try a different model.

I love this water bottle and so do my kids. We have replaced all our Stanley and yeti water bottles since finding this brand. The favorite part for me is that you can refill the bottle with ice and water without having to unscrew and screw the top back on. The other feature I love is that there is a cover for the mouth piece being that I work in a hospital I do not like having my water bottle out and open to germs. This water bottle is also not super heavy and easy for me and my kids to carry around. The colors are also very cute and my kids and I love them.

The lid broke on the first day when the bottle fell from about 2 feet onto the floor.

I cannot get this cup to stop leaking. It’s adorable, but worthless, at this point. I would love to get a refund and replace with a bottle that is spill proof.
