Lid Breaks Very Easily
The first day of use the bottle blew over in the wind at the park and the lid cracked. Customer service kindly sent a replacement lid, which arrived yesterday. The bottle was dropped today and the new lid cracked as well. Not durable enough for kids.

The inner seal doesn’t stay and place and it makes the water bottle leak like crazy. My son was not happy when all his water emptied out in his backpack. It made a huge mess! Do not recommend it.

I purchased 3 of these a March 14th, 2026. they only get used for school, for my 3 in elementary. two of them have already started leaking so bad, it ruined 2 school books and a bunch of papers my child was bringing home yesterday. the seals are on properly, everything is sealed tight, and now I have to spend more money for different bottles and replace 2 books. they aren't worth the hassle

Completely unnecessary design change from the Cooper, which they are clearly phasing out. Trying to be an Owalla dupe instead of just being their own brand. Lost my old Cooper so now my old replacement lids are useless too and this thing leaks while the Cooper did not.

NOT leak proof. If the silicon ring is even slightly out of place it leaks water everywhere. I have to do an upside down shake test before each time I put it in my bag and sometimes even if I do that it still leaks later. It is extremely impractical to have to do this every single time I use my water bottle. This bad design has even caused damage to my laptop. Such a shame because I was really excited for the pop and fill feature. :/

I like that this bottle has two ways to open and is easy to fill. However, the lock function only keeps the top from flipping open, but does not prevent leaking. I carry it in my bag to work and if it leans over, it leaks all over my bag. Not what I was looking for.
