I just don't find these very effective I prefer goalie or the Target brand ashwaganda I also don't like that the serving size for these is three all the other ones is two so there's less aswaganga in these

These taste great. Nice packaging. They are smooth and do not have any off putting textures. The price point is higher than some but I prefer these over other brands. They seem to really help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] are these gummies yummy? yes. are they working to relieve stress? not sure. you have to take 3 gummies a day consistently to see any change. me personally, i haven’t noticed change. the bottle comes with 36 gummies which means one bottle lasts you only 12 days. not sure how much a bottle costs but i imagine it’s not worth it.
