Tastes great (if sugary) and really relaxes me. I have the best sleep with no drowsiness when I use this. Plus, even on days I got even 4/5 hours, I still felt rested and alert and calm. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a melatonin or chamomile alternative. Be advised, the recommended dosage is 3 per day so this is a 12 day bottle BUT for the benefits, to me, it's worth it.
