Q: What are the dimensions of the full size bed? Width vs. Length AND the heighth? Will it fit within a bed frame that we already have?
A: The Twin size of this metal platform base measures 18 in. floor to top, 38 in. wide, and 74 in. long. Q: How do you keep the mattress from sliding on the frame? It’s always sliding one side or the other
A: The Empire High Profile Bed Frame is designed so that you can place your mattress directly on it. The weight of the mattress should keep it firmly in place on the metal grid. Your bed frame size should match your mattress size for optimum placement.

A: The Empire High Profile Bed Frame should experience minimal movement when a mattress is placed on top if it. Your bed frame size should match your mattress size. If your mattress still slides, you could get a pad to place between your mattress and the frame.
