A: Hi Dawnella – Thanks for reaching about our Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven. The item will function perfectly fine on a glass cooktop. However, you’ll need to be careful not to damage your glass cooktop. Cast iron is heavier than other types of cookware so you will need to keep that in mind when setting the item down on the glass. These items are enameled so there is less risk of scratching your glass cooktop like there would be with traditional uncoated rough cast iron, but glass is more susceptible to scratching in general so keep that in mind too. Have an awesome day! – Nate
