This is a good flashlight. It really is one that everyone should own and have handy for power outages. I think it is good to have incase your power goes out. It is just the right size. It puts out a lot of light.

Works great once I googled how to insert the batteries. Would have been nice if there were Instructions or at the very least a diagram.

It also has a couple of different modes, including a flashing one, that would absolutely come in handy if you were in distress. It comes with 6 batteries and is ready to go straight out of the package. It’s great!

Here are my thoughts after using it during a power outage: **Pros:** 1. **Brightness:** This flashlight is impressively bright, illuminating a large area effectively and the beam travels very far! 2. **Longevity:** The battery life is exceptional. After keeping it on continuously for a full day, it remained decently bright, it definitely dimmed but it was still surprisingly functional! 3. **Reliability:** During a recent power outage, this flashlight was indispensable and provided consistent light throughout the night. **Cons:** 1. **Design Flaw:** The base of the flashlight is not flat, making it impossible to stand it upright on a counter. This limits its use as a primary light source during outages, someone needs to hold this light to be fully effective. 2. **Heat:** While the flashlight did get a bit warm after prolonged use, it was not overly hot but there was a noticeable temperature change. **Overall:** Despite a few minor drawbacks, this Energizer flashlight is a great product. Its brightness, long battery life, and reliability make it a fantastic choice for emergencies. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy size, extremely bright and great price.it’s got a couple of lighting features such as emergency flash and a dimmer switch.it does operate off of batteries but there is another model available that is rechargeable.I bought this one primarily for usage in the event of power outages so it only seemed reasonable to go with a battery powered light.i satisfied and recommend 👍🏽

I could see clear across the backyard with this. I am extremely satisfied that this flashlight would work for hiking, camping, outside gatherings and walking with animals. This would be a great flashlight for anyone to have on hand in case of emergencies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this flashlight is great for in and outside of hose for our many jobs.

Brand new, put in batteries, tried all sorts of combinations. Doesn't work.

This worked great for all of 2-3 times I used it. Then it just stopped working and there's not really any way to take it apart to see what the issue is.

Love the flashlight. Batteries go positive side down in both chambers. You can barely see this just after removing the bottom of the flashlight to insert them, but I needed my cell phone flashlight to see the diagrams because it is black on black and very very small. To change light mode, I had to figure it out. At some point, as you press the button, it will do brightest, less bright, and strobe. However, it took me several tries. This is what happened: 1. Pressed once and bright came on. Pressed again and light went off. 2. Pressed once and bright came on. Pressed again and light dimmed to less bright. Pressed again and light went off. 3. Pressed once and bright came on. Pressed again and light dimmed to less bright. Pressed again and strobe came on. Pressed again and light went off. So, I think the trick is in the timing of how quickly you press the button after the previous press. If you wait too long, I think it starts over. If you press once for bright and press again a second time soon after the first press you get the dimmer version and if you press a third time soon after the second press you get strobe. Then press the fourth time and it turns off. Trial and error will teach you, but instructions should be included in the package or give you a website to go to for a tutorial demonstration. Other than that, I love it. It is a very bright and amazing light!!! My daughter was driving a golf cart in pitch black on Bald Head Island when her headlight wouldn’t work. I drove to her in another golf cart, handed her her flashlight, and she had no problem at all seeing the road to get home with this flashlight!!! I was behind her and it lit up a huge area!!! That’s when I decided I had to have one. The flashlight was better than the golf cart headlights!!! It is a great product but takes a little patience on the front end without instructions.

I received this as a gift during a swap at Christmas three years ago. I was awe man a flashlight lol. Well this flashlight is one of the best little gifts i have received. I love that you can adjust the brightness as well as have an option for flash. I am fortunate we haven’t used the flash feature but great to know it’s an option in case of distress. Buying three more to give to my kids and sister.

The on/off switch worked about a dozen times and then promptly broke. What a piece of crap! Save your time going to the store to buy this item - just flush your money down the toilet instead. Quality so horrible it's unbelievable they sell this garbage.
