Q: Do you have to boil water to use this formula ?

A: Hi davbrie! Do not mix our products with boiling water because it may cause clumping or separation. Also, some nutrients are heat-sensitive and can be destroyed if mixed with hot water. Do not boil our products before or after preparation as this can cause a decrease in the amount of some nutrients. Generally, cool tap water is fine to use for formula preparation unless you have specific concerns about the safety of the water in your area. A: Our Enfamil NeuroPro Gentlease has approximately 1/5 the lactose of a full-lactose, routine, milk-based infant formula. It may be helpful to infants with short-term or partial lactose intolerance without completely removing lactose from the diet. I hope this information helps! ~Kate

A: Thank you for your question Cinda. Enfamil NeuroPro Gentlease has 2'-fucosyllactose, which is a prebiotic ingredient, and it is a non-GMO* infant formula (*Ingredients not genetically engineered. For more information visit Enfamil.com/nonGMO ). Enfamil Gentlease does not have the prebiotic and some of the ingredients may be from genetically engineered sources. My baby is very happy on this formula. We have tried the organic Kendamil and also the regular Enfamil neuropro formula and our baby was very upset and constipated on those but this one he loves. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s not sweetened with lactose and it’s not organic.

I started my baby on this formula after I addressed my baby's fussiness after feeding with the pediatrician. He recommended I switch to Gentleese. It's been great so far. The baby seems to digest it well and he has less spitups.

After coming home from the hospital on similar total 360 care I noticed my baby was getting fussy throughout the days and decided to try the enfamil gentle ease ready to feed and my baby is happy with it every feeding. He burps and always has a full tummy every 4 hours until his next feeding and he has good poo poos from the milk as well. I very much like this formula and recommend for babies who might be a little fussy

So I have a breastfed baby who refused bottles no matter what we initially tried the Enfamil normal regular formula but she didn’t like it then we switch to this one the purple gentlease 1 and she likes it so much it’s easy on the stomach. She can digest it easily. We didn’t have any gas garlic or any fussiness problem. I would highly recommend it. It’s very affordable and the good thing is that this brand will send you samples of their formula if you just sign up for their family beginning program and once you sign up, they will randomly email you with coupons like $10 off $30 off et cetera et cetera so it’s a great deal yeah I am loving this. I just made formula for my daughter and now she uses a pick up. I just gave her the formula and she loves it so much. It’s amazing. I would highly recommend.

I don’t think this is the best option for babies who struggle with colic and spit-ups. The liquid version worked much better for us. My one-month-old didn’t tolerate this formula well.
