[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For times when I know my stomach may have a hard time digesting rich foods like cheese and dairy, I am glad to know there are options, like Digest Gold to help. As much as I try to eat goods that will agree with my stomach, I find it hard to cut out cheese, pizza, and many other foods that might leave my tummy rumbling afterwards. When I took a Digest Gold alongside pizza, I found it did help to calm my stomach and keep it from creating chaos during digestion. For me, I like having the option to still eat foods that I enjoy and know that Digest Gold can help keep the experience pleasant afterwards. Whatever the proprietary blend is that comprises this supplement, I am glad that it has found its way to me just when I need it most. I hope to utilize Digest Gold at holiday meals, restaurants, and other occasions when it's challenging to stay clear of foods which may cause me discomfort .

I had hoped each time to notice a difference but I didn’t have any sort of reaction at all, positive or negative. I will say my husband has tried them a few times and he says it helped in go to the bathroom. I won’t completely rule these out but I haven’t found them helpful enough to want to reach for them again. The packaging is no frills but doesn’t bother me. I wonder if the enzymes that comprise this supplement work for me.

I tend to stay away from gluten because of my issues but when I used this and ate some gluten, I didn’t have any issues.

I thought it was worth giving these enzyme supplements a chance. The first time I took one, it was with a slice of pizza. It seemed as though it helped because I didn’t get as bloated as I usually do. But the next few times I took the enzyme supplements, they didn’t seem to help at all. If anything, I felt just as boated, if not more. Due to my experience with the enzyme supplements, I would probably not try again nor could I recommend this product, based on my experience. I was gifted this product in exchange for my honest feedback.

While I try to limit my gluten intake it’s not always easy when going out to eat. This is the perfect digestion aid for times like that. You take it before your meal and it helps your body process the gluten and proteins more effectively and elevates the occasional discomfort that can be experienced when eating gluten foods. I would recommend this to anyone with gluten sensitivities!
