My stomach doesn't hurt nearly as much when I take these with a gluten heavy meal. There are 60 tablets, and I take 1 with my gluten heavy meal, which for me is dinner, so this will last 2 months. But you can take 1 with every meal so it would last 20 days if you eat 3 times a day or more if needed. I think it should be in a 90-count bottle for a 30-day supply (1 month) if they expect people to use it at every meal.

However, it’s important to manage expectations—while it may reduce discomfort from accidental gluten intake, it isn’t a free pass to consume gluten regularly for those with serious intolerance. I personally wouldn’t take this regally . Although helpful for a day of eating foods that may contain gluten.

I decided to try Enzymedica Digest Gold + GlutenEase, and the result pleasantly surprised me. I took a capsule before meals, especially if I realized that the dish might contain gluten or milk. The effect is noticeable: food is digested more easily, bloating has become much less common, and overall well-being has improved after eating. I liked that the composition is aimed not only at gluten, but also at other components that can cause discomfort — lactose, sugars, fiber. I understand that this is not a “permission” to eat gluten without restrictions, especially if a person has celiac disease. But as a support for intolerance or in case you are not sure about the composition of the food, it helps a lot. I'll buy more.
