    Poor setup instructions

    I appears to work well but the instructions to connect it to my MacBook were very poorly written. I had to call in and speak to someone who spoke with a heavy accent.

    Little but works like a giant

    Entering my second year as a user. Could not ask for a better scanner! Rough and rugged however extremely user friendly. Enjoys software updates and product information. It is true, service after the sell.

    Good small scanner

    Small, Fast, and Accurate!

    I found a good deal on this scanner when I needed to scan 1,000 pages and absolutely would not even try it with my flatbed scanner one page at a time. I unboxed this DS-410 and had it scanning pages in minutes. The software is easy to use and the quality of scans is fantastic. I'm mesmerized just sitting here watching paper shoot through it like it's nothing.

    Buy something else

    It works OK but the software is not very good. It doesn't accept file descriptions very well. Too many limitations. Cannot use periods or commas or dashes. It's also rather slow

    Having Problem with Scanning

    I think I will need to return this Scanner and claim a refund. I am unable to scan documents. The scanner was working fine for 1 month, and suddenly it stopped scanning. I don't like this scanner. I think it is a useless product.

    Very fast Scanner for a great price

    This is so much faster and more convenient to use than the scanner that's attached to my printer. I had a hard time making the purchase since my printer had one built. It seemed like it would be a double purchase of the same thing but the ease of use, speed of loading, scanning & saving docs made this a great buy. I have more to learn so I can benefit from it's full power. I'm very happy with this purchase.
